Proxies Bulle

Notes:  Bulle’s tropical bubbles might be the next best thing. This crisp yet juicy white flashes breezy notes of kiwi, pineapple and passion fruit, balanced by a zesty finish from makrut lime, pithy grapefruit and galangal. High acidity from sauvignon blanc grape juice teams with lightly-grassy Jeju green tea, honey-like silver needle tea, and a hint of habanero heat on the finish.
