By mixing two members of the grapefruit family — ruby and pomelo — and blending them with a hint of black pepper and vanilla, we have made this vintage tipple fresh again. At Lucidity, we love using this to make an Easy Paloma.  Just add 2oz of your favorite tequila alternative like Ritual Zero Proof or ISH Mexican Agave to AVEC Grapefruit and you're GTG!  If you like more bubbles, add a splash of Topo Chico too.
